Returns Policy for witchware.net and occulus.net:
I hope you enjoy your products.
All reasonable care has been put in place prior to delivery to ensure that your products arrive to you in good condition. If they do not, please attach photo evidence from your postal service to an email, plus the reason for your returned goods. Add photo evidence of your postal cost and add your name and address. Then send it to email@example.com.
If however you receive your products in good condition and you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send an email with your reason, your name and address and photo evidence of your postal cost.
Then return your goods within 14 days from purchase to the address below:
5 Brayford Square, LONDON, E1 0SG.
In both cases, once I receive the products, I will refund the cost of your purchase onto the card you used to purchase your goods, plus the postage you paid to send your products back to me.
If you return your goods to me after 14 days from purchase, a refund will not be possible.
