Returns Policy for witchware.net (WitchwareTM)
This policy refers to only physical products purchased at witchware.net (WitchwareTM). No refunds are possible for any digital products purchased at witchware.net (WitchwareTM). If you have any problems with your downloads, please email contact@witchware.net for further details.

All reasonable care has been put in place prior to delivery to ensure that your good(s) arrive to you in good condition. If they do not, please attach photo evidence of your product to an email. Add photo evidence of your postal cost and add your name and address. Then send it to contact@witchware.net.
If you find on receiving your good(s) from WitchwareTM that they are not suitable for you, it might be possible for you to return your to good(s) to WitchwareTM within 14 days of receiving them as long as the good(s) and inner packaging (if any) excluding the postal box is complete and in good condition. Please attach photo evidence of your good(s) and inner packaging to an email. Add photo evidence of your postal cost and add your name and address and the reason for wanting to return your good(s). Then send it to contact@witchware.net.
It is the sole decision of WitchwareTM, whether a refund is possible and all decisions are final. If it is considered that a refund is possible, you will be contacted by email.
Then return your good(s) within 14 days from purchase date to the address below:

Once I receive the good(s), I will refund the cost of your good(s) onto the card you used to purchase your them, plus the postage you paid to send your good(s) back to me.
If you return your good(s) to me after 14 days from purchase, a refund will not be possible.
